Dr. Westbrook was born in San Diego and lived many places as a child. In 1994, She received a Bachelor of Science Degree from East Carolina University. In 2000, she received a Master of Science from San Diego State University. She moved to Alabama for residency in 2005 after completing her Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine. Dr. Westbrook completed her residency from 2005-2008 at the Internal Medicine University of South Alabama Medical Center in Mobile. She completed her Fellowship in Infectious Diseases University of South Alabama Medical Center in Mobile in 2010. Since 2010, she has run an Infectious Disease Practice in Baldwin County.
In the spring of 2019, Dr. Westbrook opened ADHD Medical Clinic in Fairhope to better serve ADHD patients in Baldwin County.
